Members are encouraged to unlock their potential through self-compassion, empowerment, and skill enhancement. Each member is paired with a certified ADHD coach for virtual meetings and ongoing text support, fostering the ability to leverage unique traits for personal growth.

A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required to benefit from Agave’s services; individuals experiencing executive function challenges can find support here. As a member, you gain access to weekly 30-minute video sessions with your ADHD coach, unlimited messaging between sessions, and specialized in-app ADHD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs developed by psychologists well-versed in ADHD.

Collaborating with your coach, you’ll explore strategies to establish a personalized routine conducive to your needs. Agave’s clinical advisory team, with experience from prestigious institutions like Duke University, NYU, and Columbia University, have designed and implemented these effective methods.

Agave's focus extends beyond ADHD as it offers various executive function tools and techniques tailored to enhancing skills in areas such as focus, mindfulness, concentration, time management, coping with depression and anxiety, building routines, and organization.

An introductory first month is available for $19.99 to allow potential members to test the suitability of the program. Subsequent monthly charges amount to $99.99. Membership can be canceled at any time.
